Went to the Australian Blues Music Festival where we had two shows and I ran a vocal workshop as well. The festival was wonderful, great to reconnect with so many people i hadn't seen in awhile. Our first show was on Friday night about an hour after we got to Goulburn (8 hr drive) and i was so happy to see all my favourite past and present Melbourne Blues Appreciation society represented there as well as many other blues societies from all over Australia and then was REALLY thrilled when FIONA BOYES came up on stage to present me with my award. I know some people act really cool when they win stuff...not me, i really, really appreciate this!!
