I just began my first day at Island High.  Their format is pretty cool.  I start class at 9 AM and end at 2 PM (1 PM Fridays).  Their classes are only about an hour long, and there's no Block Schedule like at Alameda High.  Though, I still kinda miss Alameda High, as I did spend my past 2½ years there, and I do have a certain loyalty to them, even if I have transferred.  Hopefully, I can transfer back to Alameda High pretty soon, but if not, then well I might just end up dropping out completely after I get my GED.  I'll be getting that done either this March or June.  In the meantime, I'll try to make Island High work out.
