In accordance to The Preamble of The United States Constitution we are granted the right by Law and We The People to perfect our Union of States. In order for us to be more perfect we must protect individuals and groups from individuals or groups that demonstrate hate against any single being or group of beings or groups. Our laws assure us of this peace.

Preamble to The United States Constitution:

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.


Amendment XIV
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 

We as a people of The United States of America must call to an open court the burden placed on The Citizens of The United States of America brought upon it by one Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist Church of The Great City of Topeka in The Great State of Kansas. Has disturbed children of not legal age without parental consent in educational facilities, men, women, organizations, military families in mourning at funerals, and if there be any other we shall amend this movement as we move forward with our cause.

One Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist Church has denied and has tried to deprive Americans whom are created equal beyond measure with certain unalienable rights.

Conclusion
We The People of The United States of America to form a more perfect union and promote the safety both physically and spiritually of all Americans given by their creator shall now more forward with the removal of one Fred Phelps from Our Great Land wherein all life may safely reside and live in peace according to the laws that govern this great land. So help us GOD.
