We got a drummer!

But we're not gonna tell you who.

First, we're gonna get him playing these songs so tight that he drums in his sleep. And then, one day you'll come to a show and be like, "whoa, what just happened?"

Well, I'll tell you what happened: our drummer did.


Here's a couple of things about him:

He fits ALL the qualifications on the earlier "drummer" blog

He's been playing music around here for years

Some of you might know him

He plays reeealllly loose, kind of like he's always pretending he's in a movie about a drummer who plays dope beatz all the time.






so: here in a bit, Secret Ninja Death Squad will unleash a crazy new drummer, new songs, and the new album.

no, he was our second choice, and would have been our first, had this guy not stepped up. it'll make a little more sense when you see who it is. but i kind wish we had played with ninja. because he sounded awesome. and his name kept reminding me of something, but i couldn't quite put my finger on it. pete

and, when he plays it looks like he's tripping? because, maybe, maybe like, his eyes are sorta shut sometimes, and .. and... he smiles and shakes his head really gently. almost swaying, i guess... and so, it's not just his hands and his brain that are drumming, its his whole entire fucking body.
i knowwww who the drummer is. there's only one guy who plays like that. and i saw it once. and he's like a character drummer from dave eggars.
