I love my people, I'm not pro black in any way, I love all race, This is not a money issue, I'am a senior graphic designer at one of the largest companies in north america, my title is Senior Graphic Designer Specialist-US Apparel (Urban), You want to talk about racist shit! You wouldnt imagine the shit I go through being the youngest and the only black designer in the building. The way they talk about our people is discriminating, but every year when it gets cold, you make sure you get their boots (hint)............
I'm just saying they make fun of us then cash in, I'm exposing it and just bringing it to life.
