Full submission guidelines are available upon request and at our main website.
Typically, we're open to all genres and styles, though our preferences lean pretty heavily towards the speculative and fantastic (science fiction and fantasy, in other words).
Payment isn't much, presently, but it's better than a sharp stick in the eye. (Unless it's one of those high-quality imported sticks from Sweden or Denmark or someplace like that.) Final payment may vary with the length of the submission, but generally we pay $5 per piece, on publication, plus a couple of complimentary copies. We buy first North American rights, don't accept simulataneous submissions, and require notice if what you're submitting has already appeared somewhere else.
We are officially open to submissions for the April 2007 issue until December 31.
Submissions should be sent <a href="mailto:kaleidotrope at gmail dot com">via e-mail or to the P.O. Box below. If sending by regular mail, please include an SASE if you want a written response. Always include contact information where we can reach you.
