In cooperation with the Foundation Sound Lab, our friends, family and new friends we have yet to meet, we are releasing our first LP. Breathwork is a collaboration between Rhino, Energy and several of our good friends. When completed the album will be just a small taste of the excitement to come.
The Elements have been working together as a group since Summer of 2008 and begin performing live not to long after meeting. The Elements, who put groups like Sweatshop Union, Camobear Records, and Promoe of the Looptroop Rockers amongst the various other ongoing projects they are currently working on, seem poised for something great!
Playing every other weekend throughout their home city of Seattle with bands from multiple styles of music, the Elements are quickly making a name for themselves around the Pacific Northwest. Their new release, the Breathwork LP is a collaboration between 3 musicians. It will be a mix of new and old projects, with some songs you make not expect from a hip hop group.
