You may know Robbie Robertson as the guitar player and singer for THE BAND before he went solo.
Robbie and I got together in the early 90's and worked on a cut for his "Storyville" record. The producer of our track was Daniel Lanois. I ended up performeing the cut with him on Saturday Night Live.
I was aksed to join Robbie last year for a hall of Fame Ceremony that we did at Madison Square Garden in NYC.
I will be recording with Robbie again on a Fats Domino song for a tribute record. I'm looking forward to this recording and I''ll keep you posted on the reocords release.
