It's Saturday July 25,2009. I just rolled into Syracuse, NY late last night. The first stop that was on my trip was Phenix City, Alabama. While driving there I saw a whole lot of beautiful countryside. Never knew Alabama was so pretty. While there I got an opportunity to pick a little with my Dad and my son at a weekly bluegrass session. We sure had a blast. I will be posting some video of that as soon as I get somewhere I can upload it to my page. Phenix city sits on the border of Georgia which is where I spent the night in the hospital on Wed July 22. Nothing to worry about just some heart arythmia they wanted to monitor. Great Heart Hospital there called St Francis. Very very conscientious! Anyway we left Alabama at 1am on Thursday and rolled into NY at around 11PM Friday night. Tomorrow I will be performing my first tour gig at the Hibiscuss Harbor on Cayuga lake, just one of the very beautiful finger lakes. I love NY! Will keep you all posted on this trip and hope to get those videos up soon.
