It is a serious matter, and necessary to ALL Americans' Unalienable Rights.
The Primary Laws for such actions are in the Constitution, and supporting Supreme Court decisions uphold their Constitutionality.
It is easy to send a message to your Senators and Representatives.

Please re-post this to all your friends, and ask them to e-mail it all their friends - Hopefully this will get to every American. The responsibility of "We the People" has nothing to do with individual political affiliation or persuasion.
Loss of your Unalienable Rights can be prevented by simply filling in a message online. - It's easy to send a message to your Senators and Representatives, and only takes about 10 min.

- Please repeal the Patriot Act. It is an infringement of the Bill of Rights.
- Please repeal the Military Commissions Act of 2006. It took away our right to a fair trial.
- Please repeal the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007. It federalized the national guard - it is unConstitutional to use US military forces against US Citizens.
- Please remove of all Concentration Camps from all 50 States.

Please be advised that any legislation that you sponsor or vote for, or do not oppose, that infringes upon any of the Bill of Rights, especially to the level of the individual, will result in my joining with others in the State of Oregon (name) in bringing charges of Treason against you for violation of Oath of Office.
I voted for each of you. I am a swing voter. I live in a bellwether county. I am proud of the service and integrity you have displayed in office. There is too much at stake for me to let an Agenda that appears to be holding you hostage to roll forward unabated. The Constitution is the primary law of the US. You took an Oath of Office to uphold it - the charge for not doing so is treason. I hope to be able to vote for each of you again - it's up to you.

The Agenda, has drawn a line in the sand for May 11, 2008. At that time you WILL be required to have a Digital ID; without which you are a non-entity, and are a terrorist and an enemy combatant. You can be imprisoned indefinitly without due process of law - no trial. That's not the Land of Liberty - it is High Treason in high places.
It does not matter what persuasions or opinions you have - There is no debate if there is not 1st Freedom. If you do not excercise your Constitutional responsibilities now, you won't have anything to say about it after May 11, 2008.
If you think all smoke screen reasons for a Digital ID are a good idea, you should give someone your wallet (same as having a Digital ID), that way you could practice being told how to live, what you can and can not buy, and if you can live at all. That is not the land of Liberty!
The populist movement has seen a suspicious 9/11 report. The Aaron Russo film America – Freedom to Fascism has layed bare, Taxes and the Federal Reserve. Disturbed's – Land of Confusion had about 20,000,000 (20 million) downloads Dec. 1st. It is up to you [singularly and jointly] to preserve your Unalienable Rights.
The Constitution is the Primary Law of the Unites States. Those behind or coalesing to an outright coupe of your Rights are defined in the Constitution as traitors. That is a serious accusation, but it is unfortunately true.
Your Constitutional responsibilities necessary to assure that America is Of, For, and By the People is lawfully mandated in the Constitution.
These are strong words, and hard to hear. The Founding Fathers all had the same things to say about the conduct and possible conduct the Government; as it is/has conducted itself for more than 90 years. Enough is enough! We the People do not have another decade to tolerate the dismantling of our Unalienable Rights. We don't have another 5 years - We have until absolutely no later than May 11, 2008 to right the unConstitutional wrongs, otherwise we will forfeit those Rights, and We the People will no longer be free.
The words of Paul Revere, Thomas Payne, Nathan Hale, and of all the US Founding Fathers were hard to hear in their time, but they loved Liberty more than life. All the lives of the Veterans that have died in defense of Our Rights will have died in vain - from the War of Independence to this day. Not only would that be a travesty, it means you will have voluntarily surrendered your Freedom - that too is Treason.
Following through - Legal Groups
1) Investigate the voting records of your Congressmen. Clearly decide, based on the record: Did/does your elected Congressman vote in accordance with the US Constitution? Did/does he or she fail to raise a voice against unConstitutional Legislation? They are far and few between that have upheld their Oath of Office, to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. That is a fact!
The specifics of each elected Representative's and Senator's record needs to be documented, and publicly posted (the Internet will do). This applies to the President and Vice President, and members of the Cabinet, as well.
2) Charge them with Treason or other criminal charges as appropriate. Bring charges against each and every Congressman in violation of their Oath of Office. This is not a personality, or "nice guy/bad guy" partisan politics. For example: Did they vote for any proportioned tax (income tax) in violation of the Constitution? This was ruled upon multiple times by the Supreme Court. Did they vote for or sit silently while unConstitutional Laws were written into place that operate against the sovereignty of the US? Do not delay - time is of essence. Don't be a Democrat or Republican - be a good Citizen by carrying out your responsibilities.
There is the Right to a speedy trial - see to it that that happens. Don't let them hide behind any of the 2,000,000 (yes 2 million) "laws" they have been part and parcel to in writing, as shelters from the will of We the People. Don't be weak kneed - Traitors and criminals against your Unalienable Rights are not your friends and their actions require legal action against them.
3) Carry out Justice. Hopefully the Courts will do their duty. If not, charge the Judge with Treason. If Congressmen are found guilty of Treason they should receive punishment for the level of Treason committed. If found guilty of lessor crimes they should receive appropriate imprisonment. Do not allow this to become a three ring circus of delays.
4) Act according to your Constitutional responsibility. You are required as a citizen to remove from Office any and all Government Officials that do not represent the will of We the People. When civil actions don't get the job done, you are required to remove them by force.
All Americans are guaranteed the Right of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The Bill of Rights spells out what those Rights are. The Constitution says that powers not specifically provided for in the Constitution are not to be usurped (claimed) by the Government. If the actions of 2, 3, 4 are thwarted, We the People are required to remove ALL the offenders by force and carry out justice, and maintain our Unalienable Rights. It does not say we cannot alert the Amendments - the 16th was never ratified and should be removed. The Declaration of Independence, The Bill of Rights, and the US Constitution are the primary Laws of our Democratic Republic. If you are considered an enemy of the State for demanding and exercising your Unalienable Constitutional Rights, you are looking at the Traitor - whosoever accuses you.
