People keep asking, "When are you going to start blogging?"  Well, since the song "My Own Show" (on the new album) talks specifically about doing just that, maybe I should take the plunge...

I guess I’m afraid that nobody is going to read it, and it will just be an excercise in vanity.  Then again, judging by some of the stuff people blog about, I guess it’s true that you can pretty much write about anything...Hey, everyone, I just scratched my head...and it felt good...

It seems to me that a good way to launch this is to offer up a topic people might want to discuss, so I’m thinking we start with:  George Michael’s comeback tour! 

I’ve already been emailing with friends about this, and the banter back and forth has been pretty funny...so let’s talk about George.  I’m going to be honest:  I’m a fan.  My first big concert was Wham in 1985...and like I say in my book, after making the same statement:  (in the voice of Len, my father)  Maybe my son is gay, after all    :-D

So tell me what you all think about George.  Why is he coming back, anyway?  He’s got plenty of money for five lifetimes.  And let’s spare each other the P.C. crap, take a cue from the Obama playbook, and just tell it like it is.
