Not that I necessarily think that anyone cares what I think or even takes the time to read this, but lately I've been kinda frustrated by the fact that there are only 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and 365 days in a year.

In this industry, it seems there's always something you COULD be doing, or NEED to be doing. Between studio time, performing, writing, networking, being at events and planning, I find myself not really able to sleep very much.

Now I've already decided that I can deal with not sleeping for the next 6-10 years, as long as that means I can retire by 35, and enjoy the spoils of my sacrifices. But way too often, I find myself rockin shades to hid my bloodshot eyes, sleeping through my alarm, forgetting what day of the week it is, etc etc

I say that to say this...actually, I didn't really say it to say anything other than I'd like to meet whoever it is that decided that one day = 24 hours so I could put in a request that the day be extended to at least 30.

I feel you on that one fam, but if there were more hours in the day, all that would consist of is more work and more promotion. The industry never stops and neither will you. When your focused on something that is your life, you can't stop until you acheive that goal.

Aww Babes I know the feeling, But in this industry your never gonna stop. Your on your grind cause time waits for no one, but when your #1 on the charts your still gonna be grinding and never sleeping. But hey at least you got moeny, fame, and living comfortably. You'll be alright GO HARD E GO HARD Mo' Fo'

You know I ALWAYS wish that there was more hours in the day. As a mother of 2 girls ages 10 and 6 I am always doing something. Not to mention being an accountant during the days, and trying to find time to take modeling jobs and video shoots that last til 2 am. Sometimes I think its impossable! Thats why I like to unwind at night with a drink and a puff! Holla

I agree 100%,  time is such hard thing to come by as artist or a producer in my case.  Throw a family into the mix and you reallly.. really dont sleep.  but we stay on the grind....

I play ball so I'm always thinking damn I wanna be number  1 always not 2 but 1 ya feel me, but I feel you completley on that  24hrs in a day sometimes we do need more time but you want to be in this business so you gotta put in the work. It's like if you not on ya grind think about how many people who want it just as bad as you. Work now and sleep when you  die know what I mean, but when you feel it's just to much never hesitate to stop and treat yaself right & take things in  because what good are you to this music or family if you tired and can't do what you have to do to maintain or be productive. I know you probably got this tho.Keep doing ya thing to...Peace!!!
