We're putting up the mezzanine on the vocal booth & sound eng room.

System of concrete beams ['T' profile], encased in 30cm polystyrene moulded blocks.... with steel-reinforced concrete pour over the top.
This means the weight of the mezz is tens of tons lighter than a traditional block&beam floor. & the insulation is excellent as no sound can get to the beams [which are isolated in polystyrene], or the concrete 'biscuit' on top.
So the whole floor is unified as one, and resting on the pillars/lintels/straw-walls.
We are borrowing a tractor with adapted forks to lift wheelbarrows up one storey ....  we are  pouring 9t next week.....
