try asking around your area/his area about alternative methods of getting rid of cancer.
you can try asking a doctor but they are in the business to help AND make a profit.(profit = meds + operations(surgery/kemo/radiation))
i know this may not mean much, but my father was able to bounce back from being diagnosed with cancer 11months ago. he hunted down alternative methods. changed his life with these methods, and now he is cancer free.
no radiation, no surgery. and he is in the best physical and emotional shape i have known him to be in for my life so far.
if standard medicine is what your friend is going for, then i will offer my prayers cause i am financially challenged in my life currently.
But let him know that alternative methods exist if he doesn't know already.
