Yes its Autumn - my personal favourite time of the year .. the place fills up with students , things change gear a little , the stress of wether we'll have a good summer or not subsides and we start to relax and accept our fate as cool temperate climate dwellers on the frontline of the Atlantic . Then we hit October - The Cork Jazz Festival- in which we will make our Festival debut , Halloween - the bridge between the light and dark and The Cork Film Festival which we're delighted to have the video Any 'Ol Ting selected for 'Made in Cork ' category this year. We're going to get a rake of limo's and bomb down to wherever its on (possibly the Kino ) and bring our own bit of carpet and bate it out for ourselves so if youre around come down and support us on the night ,, showing times and venues will be posted shortly . The new video to our forthcoming Single 'Sun Up' directed by Brian Connolly is nearing completion and features an all star cast including: my little brother,myself our boy Nelly and a mix of Red Fm and Lockdown crew - spearheaded by Eimear Varian Barry , the ringleader. All going well, we're hoping to have a special preview showing of it at our gig on sunday night upstairs in the roundy , we'll be starting around 8.30 and its a fiver in . We're also playing the previous night - Saturday 27th in The Sky Bar at around midnight- free in before 12. oh ya and we're going to rock the fekin gaff! heres an idea of the line up ...
