FOCA Would Wipe Away Every Restriction on Abortion Nationwide This would eradicate state and federal laws that the majority of Americans support, such as:
- Bans on Partial Birth Abortion. (Tell me when is it not murder to end the life of a baby in the last days of pregnacey?)
- Requirements that women be given information about the risks of getting an abortion (Psychological
alone entails "Depression" which is very common in most, "damage" that
may interfere with a healthy birth in the future.)
- Only licensed physicians can perform abortions. (Need a say more if they lift this restriction, we'll see those "back alley" abortions again...)
- Parents must be informed and give consent to their minor daughter's abortion
(Do I need to be a parent to ask why the hell does this need to be
there? So YOUR Daughter could get an abortion without even telling you,
her parents. How is this good? I don't know about you, but
I will Bring a lawsuite against the doctor, hospital and government if
(in the future) I find my Daughter had an abortion without my
knowledge!!
FOCA would erase these laws and prevent states from enacting similar protective measures in the future.Last thing, I supposed should be mentioned:
- FOCA will do away with state laws on parental involvement, on partial birth abortion, and on all other protections.
- FOCA will comple taxpayer funding of all abortions.
- FOCA will force faith-based hospitals and healthcare facilities to perform abortions.
Mr. Obama is in a hurry to pass this bill, maybe some of you can let our government know we are not going to take it!
Try to stop it! Do you have to be a parent to understand this is NOT good?
