About the album:
"Eat Your Heart" is my third solo album. I wrote, performed, recorded, and mixed all of the songs on the album from January through September 2008, partly in a rehearsal space in San Francisco, and partly in a bedroom in Portland, Maine. A lot of the album was recorded on a digital 8-track; the rest on an Imac, using Garageband. Layitdown Productions, based in Lewiston, Maine, mastered the tracks.
