I am so sorry to hear about "Kid's" passing.
My best friend, great drummer,bass player and the girl with the heart shaped ass
died last year, same thing hep C and the opportunistic viruses, illnesses that add to the Hep C problem. Weird you said it just happened over night. She died after a quiet night of watching her favorite movies, Chinese take out and peach snapples. She closed her eyes to go to sleep and passed that way, in the morning only one of us woke up.
So, my heart goes out to you and his family, friends.

Uncle John Turner Passed yesterday too here in Austin from Hep and other complications it's an isidious thing that punishes good people too much for what they did ...
But , there is still music from their hearts to hear and music in ours still to be made . That's why we call our band the Dead Pyrates Society too do honor to them .

Thank you so much for the sweet words, Sweetheart. When Kid and I were still married and you would come to the house, it was always a pleasure to have you over. Kid loved you a lot - you were his little carnalito - his guero loco! He was proud of how you're doing now. And I'm so glad that y'all talked a few days ago. No more suffering, no more pain for him. One thing about him - he never complained. I mean, I knew when he wasn't feeling well, I'd have to ask him, "Robert, are you ok? How do you feel?" and only then would he fess up & say, "well, hell, I've been hurting" or whatever...that day I took him to the emergency room (7/16) it came from him - he was in a lot of pain. Poor baby. On 7/21 he was talking a lot (slowly, but talking...). On Monday 7/23 he knew he was very ill and called his kids to go be w/him. So, thank you, hon, for this special tribute to him. Please come see us when you hit Austin, OK? We miss you a lot! Keep up the great work, I'm very proud of you, you know that! Love you, Pinky! Big hugs!!
 

My sympathys ...I too have had many friends die from living the hard life....all we can do is remember them,then they'll never truly die. Keep the faith Carnale.......Mr.C.
 

You have my Condolence & Sympathy, I almost lost a good friend last year(it was SO close) as you know, and I'm sorry to hear about this. Here's me, paying my respects.
