For those of you who haven't noticed the glut of new shows on the page, we are headed out of our cozy Austin caves this weekend to bask in the bright light of the world outside, shepherded by our friends The Octopus Project, who have graciously offered to bring us along on their west coast tour. We'll be playing a kickoff show at Beerland this Saturday and if all goes well, we should actually have a little merch to offer up- an army of gnomes inside the hollow earth are forging our t-shirts as I speak, based on the arcane designs of our own Michael Berryhill, who will also be stepping back into the lead guitar spot for a portion of the tour, as well as forming the hairy, muscled, right-arm of a heretofore unseen 6-piece beast with our current lead guitarist Ryan Camarillo. We'll also have a 5 song EP to offer. Did we mention gas is kind of expensive right now? Who knew? So if you are in Austin, come out to Beerland Saturday night (we'll be playing last) and wish us luck.
