Hell all you Kool Blues Fans!! Here's what's happening lately..I'm moving my blues jam AGAIN as Giomatti lacked the patience to get the night rolling sucessfully.
Soooo, I'm moving once again to home base, The Next Page Cafe'. It's small, but we'll stick it out as the service is great, the drinks are better and the steak tips are better than sex!! I'm hoping that Eddie Page will follow through and blow the wall out behind the bar (hopefully in January, 2007) and make the place a bit more comfortable for all. We'll dress it up a bit to, with more music pix, posters, etc.The bands love it there and it has a cool vibe..this month were there four years!!

Thanks to Frank Buoncarlo of GioMatti in Braintree for allowing us to give it a good shot..I personally loved the place and location as it was less than a mile from my house, but no dancefloor and too far North for our deep South Shore fans in Plymouth County.

I"m now playing in three bands, The HouseRockers w/ Slick Jim Murry, Clay browm Bruce McGrath, Dave Baker and Fox on Bass, The Cindy Daley Blues Band my newest venture Lickity Split, where I can cut loose with some rhythm guitar and belt out some of my favorite classic rock tunes. This band gives me some flexibilty and allows me to book nonblues venues also. Stay tuned for more. Also this weekend, I'll be playing three nights @ The Next Page, starting with the jam on Thursday, Cindy Daley on Friday and Sat. night, The Central Square All-Stars featuring Hannes Schneider and Scottie O'Brien on keys. Expect a lot of grinding blues and Stones tunes from Hannes and we'll certainly have some special guests checking in with us.

Thanks to Eddie and Maura Page for allowing us to apply the blues wrecking ball for Thursdays..hopefully it will work out and ifin it don't, I'll be packing up and find a new home.

Oh by the way, check out the first Wed. of each month with Bake's Crazy Eight's Horns feat Dave Baker on drums, John Moriconi from MOB, Bruce McGrath and Mark 'The Shark" on Saxes. Bass and drums vary..no guitars here man. If you like swing and horns, check it outfrom 8-11ish!!
