Yes... China, with one of the largest populations mandated that all new computers come with the Governments new Software... This software is said to filter internet traffic so that malicious, pornographic, and illegal websites are blocked. Hackers have dissected this software to find it extremely buggy, poorly written, and full of security issues. After installing the software many sites lose accessibility, including political sites. I feel that with this software the Chinese Government is prepping the world largest digital army. If some billion computers were to ping a single server (send a small bit of information too) it would cripple the network and crash the server. They can point that to a US Government server and basically kill it. China already has the "Great Fire-Wall of China" limiting internet access... The Chinese government scares me.
