Hey all, we haven't written on here in some long while. It has been over a year since Ryan Pope joined forces with us and we've kept pretty damn busy with a few moments off for personal time. Two East Coast runs and a long wintery West Coast Tour with SXSW and mid-west legs thrown in there and we are now deep in the writing process. It's a bit slower as we all don't live in the same city as we used to but things are coming along. We've starting tracking at Black Lodge Recording w/ Nick Day and are quite excited. No release date set but we have big plans for '09. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the REMIX CD w/ mixes by BaconShoe, Joel Hamilton (Book of Knots), Poison Arrows, Eric Graves (Emotron/Esoteric) and more. Also, we just finished remixing/re-arranging a track on the upcoming WEST INDIAN GIRL 4th & Wall remix CD w/John Bersuch helping us engineer and putting his beat sense into play. I've played it for a few local DJ's and they are clamoring to get to play it. And speaking of getting to play remixes, we are offering the Eric Graves Rule of V remix for free here on myspace. Grab at it, yo!
Hope to see you soon. And if you live in St. Louis you get the chance this weekend Sat. Oct. 4 at The Duckroom w/ Fragile Porcelain Mice.
Next week in KC at recordBar w/ A Place To Bury Strangers.
Cheers,
I, II, III, VI
