I know you've worked very hard.
You have undertaken the exercises
to intentionally let go of what no longer serves
the highest vibration of your Being .

Have you found
that some things you had to release
like a grudge you don't even recall the seed of,
were able to be let go of easily,
while other aspects of it
like the pain incurred by a death
were more challenging?

Have faith in your prayer.

The work you do is necessary.

Sometimes release work
which can be akin to weeding out one's garden,
can feel complete.
You know those days,
when you look at everything you're growing
and can honestly say
that you've weeded out every undesirable aspect
(while you've prayed with gratitude and appreciation
for the ripeness of all you are working on)
Those are the days it's obvious, the work you are undertaking.
But there is a balance to these days too.

Sometimes even a well tended garden,
and the person who is adept at The Work,
will come to find
new sprouts of uninvited things pop up.
Sometimes they resemble what we've already let go of,
what we've already worked so hard to remove.
The presence of new versions of the same
are not necessarily due to neglect,
so much, as a new exposure of another generation
of the need to continue weeding.

Move THROUGH these days too,
and know that
even when it seems futile,
that your diligence serves a purpose.

It is not one day's work,
to propagate a garden;
it is a process
to be attentive to while enjoying its every aspect,
from preparation,
to breakthrough growth,
the harvesting of intent
and the tending of what has passed.
And still, at every phase of the cycle,
there is release work to be done.
So it is with life.

Have faith in your continued journey
and keep doing what you must do
to clear the way for your empowered prayer,
and watch how your life, your garden, is affected!
