So it's been quite awhile since I wrote you all last and I figured now is as good a time as any. So here's some big news. I've recently made a long move cross country to LA and love it. This city is awesome! I've only been here a few weeks and it already feels like home. Unfortunately, The Rage wasn't able to make the move with me right away. He'll be a few months behind me, but he is coming for sure. Not sure what I'd do without him. He is Flurish. I am Flurish too. So I suppose you put us together and WE are Flurish. Is that too obvious a statement? Whatever.
A few months back, we tracked drums for our new record and, as usual, The Rage killed it. I've just been working hard on the electronics, guitars and vocals. We're taking it slow this time...something we haven't been able to do in the past. All the material is definitely taking a different direction in a familiar neighborhood. Does that make sense? We're still Flurish but we're just working hard not to do the same thing twice. That's what people want...right? Right. More updates to come on that.
