This youtube video is so on.  People need to take a step back and look at their lives.  By letting go of what no longer suits you you find out more about your true self.  When you discover this you realise what does suit your needs.  You learn how to change your life so that it flows easily with your new self. 
I know what its like to discover yourself.  To let go of the things that just didn't feel right.  Its a never ending learning experience.  And its enlightening.....
