Its just the font. Its too bland.
 

..The middle font is okay I guess. but the Between Blue should either be bigger or in a different font. IDK. Just my opinion...
 

yarr, the typeface is a bit too term-paper straighlace....but I almost want this cover to look very premodern....not modern or postmodern, what with some classy sans-serif custom font with a slight edge gradient to make it look very classy, or even glassy. I wanted to avoid hand-written words, as that was ..so ..Almond Tree Blossoms. hehe! We will continue to chip away at this thang and get it just like we want it! ..I have an idea for a new font....I might have to fake-custom make it though....but it won't be classily modern and glassy. I want the cover to whisper something delicate, not shout something with bravado. I want it to look a little hushed, somber, even a little tiny bit intimate....you know, with the two hands yearning for contact but some sort of difficulty is being experienced. ....It still needs work. Maybe I should just fill the album cover with the words above and folks can get a mental image of the ideal design. ha. :)..
