MA: An Act Prohibiting Devocalization of Dogs and Cats H.344 moved to the Third Reading committee yesterday. YOUR ACTION IS STILL NEEDED! Breeders and the MVMA will pull out all their guns and are fighting harder. Contact your State (Beacon Hill) Rep and Senator every couple of weeks.
If you have not called them, do so! Tell them why banning devocalization is personally important to you. Keep it brief and polite.
