First, let me just say, you may believe that the purpose of life has been generated already through religious aspects that have been forced upon you. Just know, this isn't me stating what I think are facts. This is me sharing, to an extent, how far I have come in theorizing
why. Don't expect any answers, this is just a small overview to get you thinking.
Most importantly you must know. I see every being as an equal. I am not better than you, equality is unalienable. I like to ask people if they were introduced to this planet some special way or if they came from there mothers womb just like everyone else. If you came from your mothers womb, you are just the same as any other womb comer on the face of this planet. Don't be mistaken. I'm including all mammals, and if you want to unite all life I can go as far as to say, if you, in some shape or form, were conceived, you are the same as anything else.
So know, when I say we, I am referring to humans as a race. And the first step in saving ourselves from ourselves is joining hands, knowing that we are all humans. Racism is primitive, ignorant, and moronic. How could you possibly think your better than someone else? How?
There is good and there is evil, one will inevitably win. Now, if good wins, it will be everlasting. If evil wins, everything will be nothing, or.. neverlasting. How do we decide which one. First, don't try to achieve it in one day, like I said, everlasting or neverlasting. If good wins you won't know in your lifetime. If evil wins your lifetime will end. Your probably asking how will evil be neverlasting. Evil wins when we destroy ourselves for not loving ourselves. When life destroys life because it doesn't love life enough. This could be a nuclear holocaust, or another ice age due to global warming. If good wins, humans will one day be born into a world where evil has been extinguished by humans before them and there are no evil influences waiting to corrupt the innocent mind of our being.
So what can we believe in? Soo many religions, on top of that, soo many denominations. They are all saying the same things. There is an unknown power that guides us, and there are unknown guidelines to be followed. Christianity has its ten commandments. Buddhism has the Dharma. I can go on. They are all saying the same things. There is a universal law, love one another. Common courtesy. The same thing that conceived you, love. Personally I am a transcendentalist. I have read many definitions of the word and this is mine to you. A transcendentalist believes that the ways of the universe are so incredibly complex that humans couldn't even begin to comprehend its ways even if one spent a lifetime trying. So, you have two choices, to believe or not to believe. Trust me, I was an atheist for several months. Atheist's have a very lonely unanswered life.
Having said these very basic overviews on life. I will conclude with the fact that one's lifetime is but a fragment of a segment of an age of the life of the human race and therefore the fate of our race is in the hands of the development of the minds of children. Naturally, love is conceived and creates a being to be born and loved and to love itself and love others. Don't keep them in the dark. Know the truth about the world, you have the internet, listen through a filter of your own wisdom, and keep them from corruption. Love is truth, and truth is freedom. Not like the America kind of freedom where you think your free and your not, but freedom, the one where your free.
So what is the purpose of life? Happiness, so love one another without expectations.
