Playing for Change was the brainchild of Mark Johnson - who was recently featured as
"person of the week" on ABC news. He united musicians around the world to form one global chorus for peace. Mark founded the
Playing for Change
foundation which funds music schools throughout the world. The
Foundation has opened its first school, the Ntonga Music School, in
Gugulethu, South Africa. The school will provide children with valuable
skills and mentorship designed to instill self-esteem and confidence.
