Raven, won Honorable Mention in the 2009
Southwest Art Emerging Artist: 21 Under 31 Competition,
a competition open to artists across the country who are under the age
of 31. It is featured in the September 2009 issue of Southwest Art
Magazine along with a short write up about me and my artwork. I just
picked up my copy this week and was pleased to discover that two of my
other young, female, artist friends are also among the "21 under 31,"
Toronto artist
Katherine Stone and
Katie Swatland, from Massachusetts, so that was cool too:D
