My Cooking Style: Euro-Asian

Euro-Asian cuisine style blends the traditional flavors of central Italy upwards to Southwest Switzerland to Southern France with emphasis on low sodium and high energy nutritious flavor-filled  foods with the design, harmony and balance of Pacific Asian Rim Cuisines. Euro-Asian cuisine styles will excite you to want to cook.

My Experience: Butler/Chauffeur/Chef/Musician.

After living in Hawaii for 25 years, Switzerland for 2 years and working as a Butler Chauffeur for over 15 of those years, I began to travel and experience the Wines, Olive Oils, Breads and Cheeses for myself.  I was able to learn first hand; cooking styles of some of the most beautiful people and areas in Europe. I have pressed Olive Oil in Tuscany, picked grapes in Bordeaux, I made Cheese in Switzerland and even drank Riesling in Southern Germany.  Currently I am playing music through-out the bay area.

Let's get together and discuss your next event with Family or Friends.
.. .. .. ..

My Menu: Seafoods/Poultry/Steaks/Lamb
I begin by creating light fresh appetizers and salads to clean and stimulate your pallet. Then as you enjoy the company of your friends and family discussing the successes of the day, my assistant and I will be perparing your main course.

Then............

As you savor the flavors and the light delicate nuances of Europe and the Pacific Rim, it all comes together as I play original acoustic guitar music in the back ground. Setting just the right atmostphere for coffee, dessert and conversation. My assistant will then clear the table and set it for a fabulous Dessert. --
and trust me, we can get decadent if we have to....
