Mancunian musician David Connorley, also known as Daco, has been steeped in soulful music since the early nineties. He's worked with members of Factory Record's ACR, Everything But The Girl, soul diva Denise Johnson and Chicago house music pioneers Maurice Joshua and E-Smoove. In recent years, Daco has developed his own solo material spanning house, disco, soul and jazz. His band L.T.A (Love The Action) graced the Phuture Lounge label with its disco flavours and Daco's currently part of the Elektrons live set-up touring the world with fellow band members the Unabombers, Pete Simpson and Mpho Skeef.

Jus'Listen Recordings welcomes Daco to the label with his first official solo release. 'Electri-ciety' highlights Daco's love of the 4/4 groove, the original disco-tech flavoured mix also given a broken beat twist by Jus'Listen label boss Jonny Miller. 'The Way it Goes' keeps the broken vibes flowing while Sarah Howard's smooth vocals on 'Keep Callin' reminds us that summer is just around the corner.
