Blogging Tag Game
6 Things that I do that are weird or habitual, and/or facts about myself.
Once you have been tagged, you are to write a blog including 6 things you do that are weird or habitual, and/or an interesting fact about yourself.
In the end you need to choose 6 more lucky people to be tagged and list their names.
Then the obvious, which isn't obvious for some of us: leave a comment that tells those individuals they have been tagged in their comments section and tell them to read your blog.
1. I like to put ketchup on my macaroni and cheese. And I hate to see ketchup spelled "catsup."
2. I used to be very tempted by the Imp of the Perverse quite often. This was a term used by Edgar Allen Poe to describe the urge people sometimes have to do things that could hurt themselves, not necessarily because they're masochistic, but just for the hell of it, to see what would happen. Usually the urge is not strong enough to overpower your rational mind. I used to have the urge to drive off the highway into ditches. Just wanted to see what that was like. But I guess I understood how stupid that is, and so I never did.
3. I often hear voices in my head, like echoes of people talking, or llittle pieces of words or phrases ... I can never tell what they're saying, and I think it's just my brain acting up ... some physiological deal. I hope they never tell me to kill anyone ... but I do hope they tell me to spank someone.
4. I'm very patient. I can wait in waiting rooms or lines for long periods of time by myself without doing anything but sitting/standing there. I sometimes make a game out of it ... just shutting down my brain and staring into space ... just like when I'm at work.
5. I play songs in my head almost all the time; songs that I make up as a constant process throughout the day. Usually it's just the music parts, no words. It drives me crazy. The only thing worse is getting some other song from outside my head stuck in my head.
6. I'm at war with certain hairs on my body, little hairs on my back. I'm afraid of waking up one day and finding that I've become a sasquatch, which is better than a dung beetle, I guess.
