Well it's over - the charity gig night went well - there were tears and there were beers and there was music - and there was a lot of respect - for Loz and his amazing family - It seemed to me like a good old wake - but with some time passed to consider things - we were all in a daze at the funeral and this was the send-off he deserved - especially the balloons.
My personal thoughts are: that Max is and will be a star; that the sound was crap but we did it anyway; that it was one of the most exhausting things I've ever done; that he would have been proud and humbled; that the DVD was spectacular editing, (was that Tosh? - order me a copy); that all the bands really pulled it off; and that it's time for a break.
If anyone wants to take over The Breed Myspace let me know - I will keep it online but I won't be on it as much now we've done the Big Gig. Thanks everyone and let's all keep the music going - in whatever form is right for each of us.
