I don't know about you, but I'm going to eat until I'm ill today.  I made these maple walnut vegan cupcakes that are so good that Brad and I ate almost all of them last night, and I've got to throw another batch of them together for today (and THANK YOU glorious Ashley for giving me the vegan cupcake cookbook!  It's pure magic!!!)
