My Subscriptions
Thursday, May 03, 2007
At the end of February I signed up for PayPerPost - where they hook up bloggers and advertisers, and bloggers get paid for blogging about all kinds of interesting things.  I signed up my blog over at Live Journal - A Mind Forever Voyaging - because that's the one I use most, and that's the only one that actually qualified.  So far I have had 18 posts approved, with one pending, been paid $51.50, and will be paid $87.00 - not too bad for writing a few blog posts, right?  But, it could be better.  I could have a more popular, better qualified blog with lots of sites linking to me, and then I could take opportunities for the big bucks.  Like the one I thought I snagged this morning for $35 - and that's small change on PPP.  After I wrote my post and tried to submit it to PPP, they told me I wasn't qualified.  Frustrating.  I really need to get qualified so I can take some of those opps.  Some of them look really interesting, too.

There is one lady on the PayPerPost site who has made over $10,000 doing this!  She bought her husband a motorcycle.  My husband already has a motorcycle, but I'm sure I could find something to do with some extra money.  I don't know that linking to my Live Journal from my blog here will make any difference, but - the more links the better!

Oh, and I tried, repeatedly, to post the badge and link so you can click through and sign up if you are at all interested in earning money for blogging.  If you sign up and are approved through me, I get money for that too.  But MySpace seems to much like Microsoft and won't let me link to or use certain things.  If you're interested at all, visit my profile on Live Journal and click the PayPerPost badge there.
