CHICAGO, April 25, 2007—John P. Tomkins of Dubuque, Iowa, a disgruntled former postal worker, was arrested today and accused of being "The Bishop."
But before the Bishop, there was another Dubuquer who was a disgruntled former postal worker, a dangerous fellow by the name of Keith Fine, whose mission was to find a certain Chicago newspaper reporter whose column had become increasingly disturbing.
Something had to be done….
