the piercing gun isn't that accurate the "piercer" working the gun is a high school kid that got told this is the gun point it here pull the trigger thats why they make them sign a waiver.On top of that it is the most unsanitary way to pierce someone the gun is never cleaned even with alcohol it doesn't clean everything so if the person before your child has some type of diseases and they get pierced and then your child get pierced after wards because it isn't properly sterilized she gets it. We have medical grade sterilization and I'm just as fast as the gun if not faster it's just that it's a very traumatic thing for a child to go through when they don't understand what is going on. The reason for these laws is for the safety of the public I have to say San Diego County has some of the best laws and keep on the regulation of tattoo shops which is a good thing because it closes down the ones that shouldn't be open. I would say just wait it out it's not gonna kill ya she'll probably end up getting them pierced later on down the road any way and maybe then some with the way society is starting to adapt to tattoos and piercings in the business and social worlds.
