To begin, or rather, to continue my work I will need some or all of the following:

A good camera.
A Mac laptop.
An iphone.
A new sketchbook and some pencils, colored and non.
Some new clothes that fit better.
My HAT.
A feather in my cap.
(Which I already have.)
Some good traveling music.
A handsome traveling companion.
Ginger beer recipes.
A legal pad and some pens and pencils.
All doctors orders in order.
Some time spent with family and friends,
like I get the spend the end of the year,
for the most part, here in Dallastown.
Flowers, dinner, movies when not traveling.
Meeting people from all walks of life.
Dancing and happiness.
Helping other people with money and time and art.
Comedy, heaps of it.
Poetry and romance.
Freedom from fear.
Freedom in general.
Understanding of how to fight fair.
A husband and children, eventually.
Singing lessons.
Lots of lessons and letters exchanged with my people.
World music, especially.
A nice chat at the pub with friends now and then.
Sunshine, surfing, new things to try.
Possibly camping, definitely the beach.
Meeting famous people, or not.
Cracking up. It's required.
Peace, love, happiness.
It's a recipe for beauty.
I can illustrate it in the books I will write.
Just watch me dive in and take care of myself
While others join me on the journey that
has already been going since
before the messenger.
Since before East met West.
And the beast turned beauty into
