Having a swell time in the studio working very hard with the rest of Wet Wet Wet.
 
Been working on picking my jazz set for Ronnie Scott's which has been hard as it is not a genre I am too familiar with, but it is shaping up really well.
 
I like the idea of playing a gig that is so small you will be able to smell my aftershave !
 
Not long to go.

Hey Marti.....Good Luck with Ronnie Scotts...wish I could get there to hear you but no can do unfortunately.

I am sure you will be amazing as usual and even though it may not be a genre you are familiar with Im sure you will do it proud...you could sing anything Marti!

As I wont be coming to Ronnies...what IS that aftershave youre wearing? hahaha!

HI Marti,Looking forward for the release of the new Wet Wet Wet album, I'm sure it will be just as fantastic as the rest of them.I don't think you should worry about your jazz set for Ronnie Scott's as you are a true proffessional and can make anything happen. Glad your working hard in the studio because we need to hear the new Wets album a.s.a.p.  .....please  .

Shame I can't be at Ronnie Scott's, is there any chance that it will be audio recorded??? You can sprinkle some aftershave on the cover so us fans that can't make it will have an idea how it was    .

Just saw your caricature on your web-site and its brilliant althought seeing those teeth the film "Vampire" sprang to mind  although you are just to sweet to be able to scare anyone  .

Thanks for the update Marti, Im not lucky enough to be going to Ronnie Scotts, but if its as good as Putney was, it will be amazing. Hearing you sing Ive Been Around the world that night was out of this world.  The whole evening was wonderful. Something I'll never forget, thank you, love Pauline xx

Making it onto the walls of the Scottish National Portrait gallery?! WOW!

I'm counting down the days to seeing you at Ronnie Scott's. (whether I can smell the aftershave or not!) I've been wondering what you'll be singing for us-sounds like there might be some surprises in store.
