"
MIKE D. & THE 3:2 PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE was up next. they set up four drumsets (on the balcony behind everyone) and played to an ambient and sample based backing track. mike d. is easily the best drummer i've ever seen live, and the kid's like 21.. sporadic free jazz & breakcore drumming with metal on metal percussion and huge, booming drums complimented the backing tracks very, very well. people loved it."
"the 3:2 PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE was next. once again, they killed. a slightly more upbeat performance the second time around, and just as impressive."
"the CAPEORIA dancers went on after darryl's second set, backed by the 3:2 PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE. they did flips, kicks, all sorts of insane shit that i didnt think was possible with the human body. very impressive, and people loved it."
