Just remember that a day off means just that! Do something just for yourself, you've more than earned it. So relax, enjoy, have a few drinks... I said a "Few" drinks now, so don't go crazy there. *grins*

I'd love to have a day off but being a parent means being on the job 24/7 and being divorced means you get no help either. Good thing I have a sense of humor.   Actually, my kids are glad I have a sense of humor.

Okay, I'll stop being silly... Lack of sleep, ya know?

Glad to hear it! LA really does have some beautiful sights! If you haven't seen them already, the Venice Canals are pretty, Venice Beach is nice and the surrounding beach boardwalk has a lot of interesting knickknacks being sold and fortune tellers waiting about. Santa Monica 3rd street has fun live performances at night (although the Santa Monica beach is kind of dirty).

Whatever you do, I hope you have fun and get a good chance to relax!

For your day off I think you should run around outside naked, but wear a sandwich board that says something clever, like "I LIKE CAKE!!!!" or something. Whatever you like. And then . . . go to Dairy Queen. Still wearing your sandwich board. And get a really big ice cream cake. And eat it all yourself and don't share it with anybody.

Just a suggestion. :)
