Okay, finally able to put some words to it . . .

I realize we all have our own opinions about Michael's personal life and some of his choices, but his talent is undeniable. He's one of the most successful recording artists of all time with 750 million albums sold worldwide. Noone has won more music awards than Michael; once collecting 8 Grammys in a single night. His performances were unmatched. Michael was inducted into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame twice! Once as part of the Jackson 5 and once as a solo artist. That in itself speaks volumes.

I forget who said this quote, but I will paraphrase:

"Michael had to live his decisions. He had to live through those trials and pay the price. Now all of that is over and it's time to celebrate how good he made us feel."
