Well, The KittyHawks missed Didmarton as Lucy's mom passed away.  Sympathies abound but that strong gal sang Joe Newberry's I Know Whose Tears at her mom's funeral.  I'm sure she has made her mom proud.  But the band are now back and The KittyHawks have just returned from playing a festival at the Gower Heritage Centre nr Swansea in Wales.  It was a beautiful site and venue and the musicians were excellent.  A very warm thanks to Roland for organising and looking after the musicians so well.  It was great to be spoiled!  We had a great response again which pushes us onwards and adds to the excitement of playing and performing.  We are playing 2 dates in London this weekend.  Friday, 12th Sept at the Greennote in Camden and Saturday, 13th at the Cellar Upstairs in Euston.  The Greenote is a vegetarian bar/restaurant music venue, book a table early is advised!  The Cellar Upstairs is a long running folk club that is upstairs in the pub .
