Today has been a good day...

4 hours busking in Matlock Town Centre; top of Somerfield Car Park, outside Woolworths, outside Frankies, outside all over the shot to be honest... all for the Charity Aquabox, in conjunction with BuskIt.

As the evening approached, the task of getting the band together proved difficult due to the lack of phone credit and high amount of alcohol...

The gig in the evening still proved an absolute success... was such a fun night.

Fear of Falling were the first band on, and were taken well by the audience, doing some cracking cover songs from Bryan Adams to Metallica...

Petrol were on second and they rocked the stage too, performing mostly their own songs.

It was time for Kings of Death at just gone 8, and for the next 45 minutes people got a taste of something that they had never witnessed before...

KoD all dressed up smart, in the suits and all... and shocked the audience with an interesting take on mixing How you remind me by Nickelback and Redneck by Lamb of God. Yup... worked pretty well though tbh...

The set list included some KoD classics, and also others that will be considered classics in another two years; Alive by Pearl Jam, Afterlife by Avenged Sevenfold, and of course the good ole Killing In the Name.

We were impressed with the amount of people that we had never seen at a  gig before who knew all the words to the songs we played that were originals. Always nice

But yeah was an immense night included another stage storm and of course a wander around to the Crown to have a ridiculously flat pint of Carling... always a thumbs up (Y)

again amazing night and cheers to Loz Shaw to organising it all etc etc... and to Matlock Live and TIU for sorting it all out... and of course Petrol and Fear of Falling.
