for those of you who are curious (I've been asked alot, hence the blog) that's not coffee when I'm drinking when I've got my thermos.  It's a mix of vanilla tea, herbal throat coat tea and lemon (learned about it from a stand-up comic at Funny Bone.  The shit works!)
