Alrighty then! One year after I started this Myspace and I'm finally gona try to use it as the social network it was intended.

First off, a huge shoutout to all I've met through myspace and all the awsome bands I've found and enjoyed.

It's been a year since I last had anything up on here about me, and it's been a crazy year. I've seen some great bands play live, both international and local. Standouts being Blind Guardian, Evergrey and Eyefear in Sydney last year, Voyager, LORD and Eyefear again in Melbourne in the second half of last year. I didn't get around to many internationals as the previous two years. I'm still buzzing over Kreator, Nevermore, Testament and Dark Tranquillity.

As far as my musical endeavours go, I'm still playing in the Traditional Slovak band, Zmena 5. We had a wedding last night. 6pm- 3am. Our longest gig, thanks to the early start. My fingers are pretty numb at the moment haha. Next week we have our biggest gig/ wedding. 600 people at La Mirage on Saturday, then about 300 the next day for the "afterparty". Should be fun. I'll try to get some pictures to post up.
I've been eager to get a metal band together for a while. Last year I spent some time on theory, and it seems to have helped with getting ideas down on paper so things should move along this year. A possoble drummer and second guitarist are in the works, and the vocalist and myself are honing our skills in preperation for the stage.

I had begun to plan a trip to Europe this year, but made the decision that I have better things I can put all the money into, so I'm staying local for the time being.

This should do for now. It's what's on my mind and in my life at the moment. I'll upload some photos soon and those should fill in some of the other little bits of life that I haven't mentioned here.

Cheers!
