Right then, i hope alls well with everyone and that the sun's put his hat on for a bit...

Thought i'd give you all an update with my plans and aspirations for the next few months:)

Firstly the new Ep..

Basically i'm going to be spending the rest of May recording a bunch of new songs and getting together a little mini-album to take round with me for the summer.. really excited about it- we've found a lush little studio down by the river and the plan is to take our time and get something really good out of it.. We'll have it on Itunes and the like when everything's sorted.

So i won the redstripe awards as well which was a pretty surreal thing! Me and Fabs went up to London after playing a gig at the Blue Bar in Porthtowan and somehow won the final last week. Cracking night up there and a real good crowd of people, so we've come back stoked and keen to play a few more bigger venues like that..

Got to support an American singer/songwriter called Brett Dennen down in Cornwall as well recently which was an absolute treat- If you haven't heard of him then check him out- me and my sister have been big fans for a while so it was good to get to see him over this side of the pond.

Gigs wise we're planning on playing a few dates around Cornwall in June to celebrate the cd being done, and then as you can probably see on the myspace- playing a bunch of festivals and minstrelling- sunshine, beer, and a few surfstops is the idea:)

Anyway I sense i'm rambling so i'll leave it at that:) I'll try and keep gigs/releases as up to date as possible, otherwise get on the facebook group (I think i mentioned it in the last blog?!) got a few things on there:)
