On Saturday the 7th April, Dagenham & Redbridge FC beat Aldershot FC to become Nationwide Conference 2006/7 Champions and secure a place in the Football league for the first time in it's history.
In a midst of Media attention the Daggers showed that a community based football club running on a minimal budget could beat the odds. Thanks to all those who have attended or played at 'Support The Daggers' gigs and have helped, as one of many fund raising initiatives, make the dream come true - who ever you may support. Best of luck to all for next season.
