The Django Newsletter, Friday 1st February 2008.
It has already been a busy year for us. New songs in the set, some big gigs being booked and some live video footage soon to be uploaded to YouTube.
GIGS
Portsmouth Guildhall.
Our next gig is on Saturday 8th March. We are playing in the Best of Portsmouth Showcase at the Portsmouth Guildhall. If you need any tickets, please buy through us. We don't make any money on them, but we do need to sell a certain allocation. For more information, contact Steve Gale on 07926 997 779. O'Neills, Winchester.
We return to Winchester on Saturday 22nd March. We had a great time during our last visit, it would be great to see even more dancers this time. Unfortunately we will have to try and keep our brass section out of the way of wandering hands this time.
Jet's International Ska Festival.
We will also be lining up at Jet's International Ska Festival on Friday 25th April. There are some great bands playing over the three days, visit http://www.freewebs.com/skasplash/ for more details.
Prince Buster.
And to top of March, we will be supporting Prince Buster at the Bournemouth Opera House on Saturday 26th April. More details on this gig available by clicking here.
Southsea Bandstand
We have confirmed this week that we are playing on Sunday 17th August. This is usually a very well attended gig (provided the weather is ok). More details closer to the time, but at the moment, it looks like both Bang Bang Lulu and The Hi-Watts will be playing with us.

VIDEO
We will soon have some live footage posted at YouTube. Keep an eye on the website, we expect it will be ready in about two weeks.
